Description

Trioday Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infections in adult patients. This medicine is not a cure for HIV; it only prevents the virus from multiplying in your body. Monitoring of liver function and kidney function may be necessary while receiving this medicine based on the clinical condition.

Dosage

Missed Dose
Trioday Tablet dosage missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.
Overdose
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

Tenofovir - Precautions & How to Use

Before using Trioday Tablet use , inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.
  • Do not take tenofovir with other drugs that can potentially damage kidneys
  • Do physical examination of fat redistribution
  • Monitor blood levels of lipids and sugar in elderly
  • Pregnant or planning to become pregnant
  • Regularly monitor kidney function
  • Take precautions to avoid spreading of HIV virus

Tenofovir - Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Trioday Tablet review is a contraindication. In addition, Tenofovir should not be used if you have the following conditions:
  • Breastfeeding
  • Clay-colored stools
  • Dark urine
  • Deep and rapid breathing
  • Drowsiness
  • Fast or uneven heart rate
  • Hypersensitivity
  • Itching
  • Jaundice
  • Loss of appetite

Trioday Tablet - Composition and Active Ingredients

Trioday Tablet is composed of the following active ingredients (salts)
  • Lamivudine - 300 MG
  • Tenofovir - 300 MG
  • Efavirenz - 600 MG

Tenofovir - Side-effects

Trioday Tablet effect following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur in medicines that contain Tenofovir. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.
